this was a fun project,
not just because she baked us pumpkin bread.
but that was awesome...
our challenge was to make a traditional dining room feel more family friendly and inviting without spending a whole lot of moolah.
while keeping their beautiful furniture. they were not sure about the rug, but we were rather obsessed with the fabulousness of it and used it as inspiration for the redesign. first, we painted the room this toasty "whole wheat" by sherwin williams...
then we got some happy pillows and things to cozy up the room and make it a place you would want to be...
we added a couple of beautiful bowls that can certainly hold mashed potatoes and stuffing one day a year, but work quite well for lincoln logs and pretzels every other day. they would also be pretty full of...
pretty pillows tie everything together and instantly cozy up a room...
who says you have to keep china in a china cabinet?
make rooms whatever you want them to be.
make rooms that feel like you.
