probably not supposed to tell you guys this... but homegoods sells stuff for less than we can get it for wholesale. wicked serious. while picking up some last minute things to warm up some bookshelves for our cool clients from boston i met some other #homegoodshappy people who shared my enthusiasm for the place. so of course, we instagrammed it...  we love these clients as much as we love homegoods. they are a fun family with big boys and big dogs. they were ready for some new furniture so we went to the people who do furniture best.  we squeezed the installation in on a friday when all of our people have the day off. so my man came to my rescue like back in our olden days. not only did he dream my dreams for me so now my dreams are real... he literally MADE my dreams come true. and you guys, THIS time, when i was late, he didn't kill me. keep making each others dreams come true. it keeps getting better. and yeah, i wish this little love story ended with "THIS time, i was on time." but *sigh* no.   things they already have and love warmed up with this and that from homegoods....     the furniture they already have is great, but felt cold what with all the leather and ruglessness. so the sofa went to a son and the chair is perfect in the master bedroom.  and THEN our fine friends at the best little furniture store in north carolina made THIS sexy man chair...  joe manus, the rock star who came to dinner, made THIS stunning little piece of north carolina art...  a few new pillows from homegoods breathe new life into the ones they already have and love...  this perfect cowhide ottoman is what i'm talking about when it comes to homegoods. it was less than we can buy it for wholesale. wanna know how much? under $70. i'm not even kidding.  couch by the cococo in an indoor/outdoor fabric that you can literally hose off. but it totally looks and feels all cottony soft. i swear.   this rug, you guys. it's indoor/outdoor too. you can drag it outside and hose off peanut butter or dog pee or whatever. and it's crazy affordable. like i would buy it for myself affordable. 'cause we give you fancy trade only stuff for less. hell, we give you the whole room for what everyone else charges for the rug. probably not supposed to tell you guys that either. if i had a designer card, they would totally take it away.  baskets keep table tops all neat and orderly. pretty sure it's ok to tell you that.
